Our waiver services encompass both basic support and intensive support services, all tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals.
These services aim to provide assistance, supervision, and care necessary to ensure the health and safety of our clients. Below, you will find a breakdown of each service and its corresponding details:

Basic Support Services

These are services that provide the level of assistance, supervision and care that is necessary to ensure the health and safety of the person.

Intensive Support Services:

Frontier Living participates in Minnesota’s Housing Trust Fund (HTF) initiatives to expand access to safe, stable, and affordable housing for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Through HTF funding, we support permanent supportive housing and promote long-term housing stability for vulnerable populations
Frontier Living successfully administered its first HTF grant during the 2023–2025 funding cycle, demonstrating strong program oversight, fiscal accountability, and effective coordination with housing partners. Building on this experience, Frontier is currently administering the 2025–2027 HTF grant cycle, expanding our capacity to serve more individuals and strengthen housing stability outcomes across the communities we serve
Our HTF program provides financial assistance and housing-related support that helps reduce barriers to housing access and sustain long-term tenancy. Frontier Living brings proven administrative capacity, established community partnerships, and experienced staff to ensure responsible grant management and meaningful impact.
